These Terms and Conditions apply between Ecstatic Fusion Festival and you, as a ticket purchaser or ticket holder.

All guided practices are invitational.

You are always free to choose. Your body, your rhythm, your sovereignty.

1. Consent & Communication

I commit to practicing clear, ongoing, and enthusiastic consent throughout the festival.

This includes:

Respecting everyone’s boundaries, bodies, emotions and pace.

Engaging only in activities where all parties have expressed explicit consent.

Pausing whenever anything feels unclear, assumed, pressured, or confusing.

If I am unsure about:

Another person’s boundaries, whether they understood mine, or what we have mutually agreed upon,

I take responsibility for slowing down and clarifying before continuing.

I understand that consent is dynamic, can be changed at any time, and requires present-moment awareness.

2. Confidentiality & Privacy

I agree to maintain the confidentiality of all participants.

This means:

I will not disclose anyone’s personal identity, stories, emotional processes or experiences outside the festival.

I am free to share my own experience.

I will not take photos, videos, or audio recordings inside the workshop spaces.

What happens in the workshop rooms stays in the workshop rooms.

3. Self-Care & Radical Self-Responsibility

I understand that this festival is a space for exploration, not therapy or medical treatment. I take full responsibility for my physical, emotional, energetic, and psychological wellbeing.

This includes:

Listening to my needs and desires.

Adjusting practices (with consent) to suit my body and capacity.

Participating only to the extent that feels safe and supportive for me.

Saying No, stopping, pausing, or leaving at any moment.

I can always change my mind.

I am responsible for knowing and honoring my boundaries.

It also means that I take ownership, and are accountable, if I by mistake or in any other way, have overstepped someone else's boundaries, and this is made clear to me.

I understand that I must have whatever insurance I personally wish or need, and I cannot claim compensation for risks I willingly choose to take.

4. Sharing Circles

I agree to participate in my designated sharing circle as a way of grounding, integrating, and staying connected throughout the festival.

I will:

Arrive on time.

Share honestly from my experience.

Listen with presence.

Respect the confidentiality of the sharing circle.

5. Sobriety & Physical Safety

To maintain a safe relational and energetic field:

I will not use alcohol or recreational drugs during the festival.

Smoking tobacco, e-cigarettes or vaporizers is permitted only outdoors.

I also understand that:

Prescribed medication is permitted.

I will inform the festival team, where relevant, of any medical conditions, allergies, psychiatric treatments, injuries, physical limitations, pregnancy, recent surgeries, or anything else that may affect my safety or the safety of others. This can be done in person or via email.

I will adjust my participation according to my health and capacity.

6. Support & Emotional Holding

I agree to ask clearly and directly for support if I desire it.

This includes approaching:

The Emotional Support Team, workshop leaders, or festival organizers

whenever I need grounding, clarification, witnessing, or holding.

Support is available

I choose when to reach out.

7. Fire, Sauna, and Bathing Safety

Use of fire, grills, and sauna is only permitted in designated areas and in accordance with on-site instructions.
Bathing is permitted throughout the area; however, diving from the pier is strictly prohibited due to shallow water.

Participants are responsible for acting with care and following safety guidelines at all times.

8. Use of Devices

To honor the presence, safety, and depth of the space:

I will keep my phone on silent mode.

I will not use it in workshop areas unless in an emergency.

If I must take a call, I will step outside to avoid disturbing others.

I will use my computer or tablet mindfully and only when needed.

9. Shoes-Free Spaces

I agree to remove my shoes in designated indoor areas to support cleanliness and a calm, respectful atmosphere.

10. Photography & Documentation

I understand that official festival photographers or videographers may be present in designated areas. I consent to the use of such material for documentation and promotional purposes.

If I do not wish to appear in photos or videos, I understand that it is my responsibility to opt out by informing the festival team or the photographer, and reasonable efforts will be made to ensure that I am not included in published material.

11. Emails Related to the Festival

By purchasing a ticket, I consent to receiving 2-4 emails:

1. Pre-festival information emails

2. Post-festival feedback emails

12. Program Changes

The festival program, facilitators, artists, and schedule may be subject to change. Such changes do not constitute grounds for refund or compensation.

13. Camping & Accommodation

Accommodation and camping are used at your own responsibility.

Participants are responsible for their personal belongings and for following safety instructions related to accommodation, fire safety, and shared spaces.

14. Skeppsudden

Participants are expected to respect the land, facilities, and surroundings, and to leave shared spaces clean and undamaged.

15. Force Majeure

Ecstatic Fusion Festival is not liable for cancellations, changes, or interruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, illness, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

16. Right to Remove Participants

Ecstatic Fusion Festival reserves the right to ask any participant to leave the festival, temporarily or permanently, without refund, if their behavior is deemed to violate these agreements, compromise the safety, integrity, or well-being of others, or disrupt the festival space.

17. Liability & Release

In consideration of my participation in Ecstatic Fusion Festival, I release and discharge Ecstatic Fusion Festival and all organizers, facilitators, teachers, workshop leaders, musicians, and staff from any and all claims, actions, or demands for injury, damage, or loss which may arise from my voluntary participation.

I understand that I am choosing to engage in experiential, embodied, and relational practices at my own discretion and responsibility.

18. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swedish law.
